Bulk SMS – this software is designed to send a large number – in bulk – short messages to mobile subscriptions. You can use this service for commercial purposes – advertising of goods and services, PR promotions; and for non-commercial purposes – quizzes, congratulations, news.

“SMS Mailings” – functions:

• Create a database of subscribers; the program supports importing numbers into the address book from text;
• Compile personal lists of subscribers for mailing according to any criterion – belonging to a group or class, properties of numbers, etc.;
• The program saves the history of SMS distribution;
• The program informs you about the status of each sent SMS;
• SMS mailing service using this – “SMS Bulk” – programs are supported by the servers of mobile operators only in the Russian Federation – MTS and Beeline.

Note. Distribution of information using the service SMS mailings is governed by the laws of the country of residence of the subscription. The main rule is that the subscription must give its consent to the mobile operator in order for the latter to send SMS to the subscriber. Otherwise, the sender – the mobile operator – in order to avoid the appropriate sanctions, will have to prove in court that he had such consent of the subscription.
