Мои Звонки – a cloud service with which you can:

• Record calls (conversations between employees and customers) and store records made over the phone from/on users’ smartphones – these can be employees of a company or participants in a project.
• Listen to recordings.
• View and analyze user activity in terms of statics.
• Create databases of contacts and edit their lists.

How it works?
The Мои Звонки application is installed on the phones (android devices) of network members, for example, on smartphones of company employees.
The application records all incoming and outgoing calls; records are transferred to the project server. If the smartphone is not connected to the Internet, the record is stored in the phone’s memory and transferred to the server when an Internet connection appears.

The administrator needs to go through authorization, then in his personal account to get access to the tools that give him the opportunity:

1. Listen to the recordings of phone conversations of employees of a company, group, or network whose phones have the My Calls application installed.
2. View statistics of accepted, unwanted and rejected calls.
3. With the help of filters and as pop-up notifications, display records combined by one criterion: date, name of clients or employees, answered or unanswered calls, and so on.

The storage period for records on the server is one month. In order to increase the storage period of records, the My Calls application can be integrated into the Yandex or Google Disc cloud storage system.

The administrator can also create SMS templates that employees can use in correspondence with clients.

For each project participant, the administrator must define one of four access rights:

• Project administrator.
• Head.
• Leader (groups).
• Manager.

The Мои Звонки service can be integrated into systems such as Google Analytics, Bitrix24, EnvyCRM, PlanFix, REM Online, HolliHop, RFBPN, Clean Expat.
Details:

• The application is running in the background.
• The cost of telephone calls depends on the tariff plan of the mobile operator.
• The correct operation of the application depends on other applications installed on the user’s phone – on phone processor accelerators or memory cleaners.
• The app is free to download. But some functions of the service are available only on a paid subscription basis.
