Artifact

Artifact is a collectible card game inspired by another card in the Dota 2 universe.

The process of the game. The game takes place in real time. Two players play against each other on the same card table, which has three so-called lanes. Each track is an independent location where the characters of the player cards fight. In order to win, the card characters must destroy the two fortresses defended by the opponent’s card characters.

One deck contains at least 40 cards. In total, there are more than 300 cards in the game. All cards are divided into three main groups: rare, common and uncommon cards, which in turn are divided into four more groups: red, green, black and blue. Each group and sub-group of cards has only its own characteristics – attack and defense skills. But in addition to the cards that players play, in the game world Artifact there are bot cards that are controlled by artificial intelligence – the latter itself decides which players to defend and which to attack, thus introducing an element of chance into the game.

Game algorithm. Players take turns putting up cards against each other, the characters of which are fighting among themselves. The player whose card characters are defeated wins an in-game currency, with which the winner buys new cards in the game store. The strategic task of the players is to collect a deck of cards whose characters and their combinations will be invincible.
