Cat’n’Robot: Idle Defense is a game in which the player grows cats and cats, trains them and turns them into warriors in order to create a cat army that can protect their game world – a pixel kingdom – from the invasion of monsters.

The plot of the game. By the will of the game developers, the player becomes the ruler of the cat kingdom, which is attacked by monsters – dogs, spiders, scorpions, dragons, and sorcerers. Out of this circumstance, a playful task arises for the player to create an army from the feline family, reinforce the army with pets and heavily armed robots, and push the army to the border of the kingdom in order to defend it from monster occupation.

Weapons are all sorts of gadgets that robots are equipped with. Each gadget has unique properties, the competent combination of which gives the player the opportunity to change the tactics and strategy of the game very flexibly, for example, defend, attack, dodge and recover from damage.

Characters. Archers – without them it is impossible to imagine an effective army. A well-armed army of shooters will sweep away any monsters from their path. The army of the cat family are legendary heroes, borrowed from all the most popular cartoons, and designed to help the player save his kingdom. Each cat and each cat has only their own combat skills, the timely activation of which will be a serious test for the monsters.

There are 20 types of monsters, and the most powerful of them are bosses that command armies, from whose aggression the player must protect his kingdom.

“Tower Defense” is a shorthand for the game’s algorithm. Conditional because only to defend, for a successful game, this is not enough. If the player absolutely wants to win, he must attack and capture the monster towers. Having captured the tower, it must be restored and turned into an outpost against monsters. But the value of towers is not only in their tactical function; for each captured tower the player receives valuable rewards, due to which the player will be able to upgrade his army.

Crafting is a feature in the sandbox genre where the player explores the latter in order to collect resources and use them to create new weapons for cats, gadgets for robots, and magic spells for themselves.

Quests – complete them in order to get various power-ups, the more of them, the stronger your army will become.
