Scanner is a mind blowing game. But much more is at stake – the future of earthly civilization. With the help of augmented reality technology, Scanner transforms the reality around you, it becomes a landscape on which the drama of a global scale unfolds – mystery, intrigue and struggle!

Background. A group of European scientists have discovered a mysterious energy whose origin is unknown. Through trial and error, scientists have found out that with the help of this Energy it is possible to influence the train of thought of other people – to manipulate the latter. Due to the difference in worldviews, scientists are divided into two camps: 1) “Enlightened” – those who, with the help of Energy, want to subordinate their will to other people, and 2) “Resistance” – these are scientists who decided to protect people from enslavement. Which side will you be on?

The world around you is a theater of military operations and covert operations. Your playful task is to point the Scanner at your environment, detect Energy, and if successful, capture it:

• Collect items that contain Energy, they will help you complete quests;
• Use technology;
• Capture territories, this is your living space;
• Make alliances with other players;
• And do everything in order to either take control of helpless humanity on the side of the “Enlightened”, or on the side of the “Resistance” to preserve what is still left of earthly civilization.

If you want to succeed, track the progress of other players and create alliances with the best of them: by coordinating your tactical actions at the local (district, city, country) level, you will be able to more effectively move towards the strategic goal – to complete and unconditional superiority over rivals around the world.
