Что такое fitpro?

fitpro is a fitness band companion app designed to sync Bluetooth 4.0 smart bands with your phone and organize daily activity data. It handles the basic bridge work: step counts, sleep tracking, and notification relay between your device and the wearable on your wrist.

The setup requires a compatible Bluetooth 4.0 band. Once paired, the app pulls activity data from the band and logs your daily steps and distance. A sedentary reminder nudges you to move if you've been sitting too long. Sleep tracking runs in the background overnight, recording when you fall asleep and wake up. The data gives you a baseline to compare against rather than prescriptive health targets.

The highlights:

• Step tracking runs passively with sedentary reminders to interrupt long sitting sessions
• Sleep recording captures nightly patterns to help evaluate your rest over time
• Notifications route calls and messages straight to the band so you catch them without pulling out your phone
• Remote photo trigger lets you snap pictures using the wearable as a shutter button
• Find-the-band function pings the device when you misplace it

Notification and utility tools

Beyond tracking, the app manages how your band handles alerts and physical controls. You can configure which calls and messages push through to the wearable, so the band only vibrates when something matters. Alarms set through the app sync to the band for wrist-based wake-ups. Raise-to-wake automatically lights the band screen when you lift your arm. The remote photo feature works through a basic trigger: you open the app's camera mode, then press the band's button to capture the shot without touching your phone.

Other fitness band companion apps

Zepp Life targets users who want layered health analytics and insights pulled from the raw data, where fitpro sticks to straightforward logging. Fitbit expands beyond the band itself with heart rate tracking, nutrition logging, and a social layer for challenges. If you're looking for something lean that manages the sync work and stays out of the way, fitpro handles the essentials without feature creep.

This works for anyone using a compatible Bluetooth 4.0 band who wants the minimum layer between hardware and phone. The app includes in-app purchases ranging from $0.49 to $25.99, and compatibility is limited to bands that speak the same protocol.
