Rise is a collection of relaxing sleep preparation techniques. These methods will help you get rid of daytime worries before going to bed and fall asleep quickly so that you wake up feeling refreshed and full of energy.
The Rise application offers a series of audio tracks, voiced in a calm voice, which methodically guides you through all the phases of falling asleep. There are more than 120 audio tracks in total. They can be conditionally divided into four methods of preparing for sleep:
- Conscious meditation – relieves stress accumulated during the day;
- Controlled imagination – it will wrap you in a blanket of sleep;
- Progressive relaxation of the muscles of the body – this method will teach you to recognize the feeling of tension and then relax;
- Therapy of acceptance and responsibility is the rejection of the senseless struggle with reality, the recognition of the right of reality to be unpleasant, or even painful. Acceptance of yourself the way you are.
In the application Rise there is a tool – a diary, – with which you can monitor the progress of various methods of preparation for sleep. The diary will help you choose the most effective method for yourself.
