One training cycle using the Centr system lasts 7 days. One course of tinting lasts from 6 weeks to a year. The choice of training course depends on your goals, which you can set in this application so that Centr‘s intelligent system can recommend appropriate activities to you.
In order for the system to correctly guide your tinting, in addition to goals, in the application you must select the intensity with which you want to move towards the intended goal.
The range of Centr’s target audience is from beginners to professional athletes who need, in the first case, a goal, and in the second, motivation.

One course of toning contains a daily plan for nutrition, rest and actual training, which you must strictly follow.

• Food. In the application you will find recipes for dishes for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free dishes, pescatarian and traditional meat dishes. Make a choice – the list of ingredients of the dish you selected will automatically be added to your shopping list.
• Rest. The results of your training depend 50% on how you rest. In this application you will find several meditation techniques (visual, dynamic) that will help you concentrate before training and relax after.
• Training. One training session lasts from 20 to 40 minutes. Each workout is accompanied by video clips in which Chris Hemswardt’s trainers, nutritionists and mentors demonstrate and comment on their part of the workout. Depending on the goal you choose, the application generates an individual program for you, following which you will move towards your goal as efficiently as possible: lose weight, gain weight or increase endurance.

Training program Centr – it is paid. You can access it only on a paid subscription basis for 1, 3 or 12 months.But the first 7 days are a test period during which you will be able to enjoy all the privileges of a paid subscriber.
