What's New in the Latest Version
When you scan a document, it’s saved in your device’s Scanned folder.
“Documents & other” category is now called “Documents” to make it easier to find PDF files. Other files, like backup and database files, can be found in “Downloads” or “Internal storage”.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll roll out search improvements like recently opened files, quick results, and dropdown filters to make finding files even easier.

How to Install the App
- Go to Settings > Security/Privacy and enable "Install from unknown sources."
- On the Captain Droid website, find the APK file for your device.
- Download the APK file - click the big blue button. Confirm the download.
- Open the downloaded APK file to prompt installation. Review the permissions, then tap Install.
- Wait for installation to finish. This takes a few minutes.
- The app is now installed! Find it in your apps list and enjoy using it.
