Goya-Move is an app specifically designed to help parents achieve two things: 1) distract your children from mobile phones and 2) get kids to lead active (read healthy) Lifestyle.
The epidemic of electronic devices has swept the youth. Symptoms: sedentary lifestyle, sore eyes, social media addiction, anxiety, and inability to communicate with real people in real time in the here and now. The developers of this application and part-time parents set out to bring the “parental control” function to a new level. They created an application with which parents become able to remotely control their children’s use of their electronic devices, as well as set some tasks for children and monitor their implementation. For example, using the application Goya-Move installed on the phone of parents, the latter can control the physical activity (number of steps or other motor exercises) their children. With this application, parents can also program the time and duration of their children’s use of their devices, or applications installed on them. In summary, these features give parents the ability to allow or deny their children the use of their phones from/until a certain time, or until the children have done a set amount of exercise: homework not done – no access to mobile apps; or the child did not pass No number of steps – no mobile games. until the children do the specified amount of physical exercises: homework is not done – there is no access to mobile applications; or the child did not pass No number of steps – no mobile games. until the children do the specified amount of physical exercises: homework is not done – there is no access to mobile applications; or the child did not pass No number of steps – no mobile games.
Goya-Move offers several user settings, the logic of which is that parents can control or 1) the time children use their phones, or 2) performing some actions that can be measured remotely with a pedometer.
How does it work? Parents, using the Goya-Move application installed on their phone, set the conditions under which children on their phones get access to parent-specific mobile applications.
Application Goya-Move co-authored with parents and for parents. Our application is not a tool for punishing children. This is a way to teach children how to manage their own time wisely with the help of digital technologies. When solving the problem of children’s too much passion for mobile phones, most parents do not bother much, they simply take away their children’s phones. Yes, this solves the problem here and now, but in the future, children lose confidence in their parents. And vice versa: the Goya-Move application gives both parents and children a clear, controlled and trusting interaction algorithm.
