If you live permanently, temporarily work or just travel around Madrid, Rome, Barcelona, ​​Lisbon or Milan, and you want to be on time for business, meetings or see all the sights, use our mobile service. ECooltra is convenient, affordable and environmentally friendly.

How does this work?

1. Download, install and activate our application;
2. Register. To do this, you need to have documents proving your identity with you;
3. On the map of one of the 5 available cities integrated into the application, indicate the area in which you want to rent an electric scooter. The application will find a free vehicle nearby and indicate its lecture to you.
4. The application will offer you one of several available models of electric scooters. Each scooter is equipped with two helmets and is insured. The insurance also applies to the renter and the latter’s traveling companion.
   Having selected a scooter, press the Reserve button in the application, thus reserve the scooter for yourself.
5. After going to the location of the reserved scooter, in the application, click the Find scooter button – this will cause your scooter to beep so that you can find it;
6. Put on your helmet, and to start the scooter, press the start/stop button.

Have a nice trip!

Once you reach your destination, you can park your scooter wherever it is convenient for you. To end the rental session, return the helmets to the glove compartment and press the appropriate button in the application.
You can use a rented scooter for as long as you like, but only within the administrative boundaries of Barcelona, ​​Rome, Milan, Lisbon and Madrid. You don’t need to worry about parking and recharging your scooter; this is handled by specialized employees of our service.Payment is made using a mobile terminal. You only pay for the time you actually use the scooter.
