Guitar Tuner is a music application designed to help its users easily and quickly tune stringed musical instruments.
Traditionally, musical instruments are tuned with a tuning fork. A musical instrument tuner is a program that itself compares the sounds extracted from a musical instrument with respect to a standard. The difference between sounds is displayed visually in the form of a graph. A musician, a mechanical one, changes the settings of his instrument and, thus, brings the sound of his instrument in line with the standard.
“Guitar Tuner” – benefits:
- The process of tuning stringed musical instruments is clear, intuitive and very simple.
- You can tune both acoustic and electronic stringed musical instruments – guitars.
- No cable needed to work.
The program works with the following musical instruments:
- Acoustic and electronic guitar;
- Bass and lead guitar;
- Cello, violin, double bass;
- Ukulele, balalaika, banjo and more.
Notes: This app uses the same sound recognition technology as Yousician.
The application works in noisy environments – the application uses interactive noise reduction technology.
Leading audio engineers work on the program.
Setting tools:
- Metronome – it allows the user to set any tempo and rhythm. This can be done both by changing the sound parameters in the application itself, and mechanically – by extracting sounds from a musical instrument at the appropriate tempo or rhythm, which are considered by the program – they become a standard.
- The application contains 6 educational games that will help a novice musician learn and type chords on a musical instrument. Games will help the musician to develop his ear – to recognize chords by ear.
- The application has a library of chords.
- The application also has 4 songs for guitar.
Announcement. The developers are working on integrating a chronometric tuner into the program.
