Sirin is an application for playing audiobooks, additionally endowed with the functions of a torrent client. The author claims to support the most common audio formats, starting with the classic “mp3” and ending with “flac” with its phenomenal quality. There are three options for adding content to the application – scanning a user-specified folder to automatically download multiple works, adding one content manually, downloading a torrent file or a magnet link.
For better library organization, the program automatically groups books from the same series or reader. The player menu is concisely designed and endowed with options such as setting the playback speed (from 0.5 to 3.5). With one touch, you can rewind the book ten seconds back or forward – you can select the rewind step on demand and after a pause in the settings. And also set the time for automatic shutdown of the program – from fifteen minutes to one hour or the end of the chapter.
Features:
- play files from local storage;
- supports fast forward gestures;
- integrated torrent client;
- read speed setting;
- sleep timer.
Create a backup copy of your library to restore settings without loss on a new mobile device or after reinstalling the application – the copy does not contain the audio files themselves, but notes, audiobook information and covers. If you have any questions about working with Sirin , then in the “Help” tab you will find answers to common questions.
