Zoiper is a tool for making voice and video calls using the SIP protocol. The application is highly stable in WI-FI, 3G and 4G networks. It saves battery, supports call forwarding, provides high quality audio, has active echo cancellation, minimal latency in data transmission, excellent eavesdropping protection and is generally much more convenient and cheaper than traditional telephony.

The program acts as a standalone tool, but in order for it to work in full force, you must first subscribe to the services of the corresponding VoIP provider (SipOut, Telfin, Zadarma, TeleStor, and so on).
