Mondly is a program with which you can learn foreign languages, to choose from English (literary and American), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Greek, Vietnamese, Polish, Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Finnish, Persian (Farsi), Turkish – and all these languages are available for you to learn for free.
Much has been written about the importance of knowing foreign languages. In sum, everything written means that knowledge of foreign languages is guaranteed to increase your chances of getting a well-paid job, makes it possible to read information sources in the original language, and in interpersonal relationships, knowledge of languages helps to travel, conduct business negotiations, or simply treat interesting people.
Mondly learning algorithm. In the learning process, only practical writing and speaking skills, borrowed from real life situations, and pumping up cramming matter. The training program is divided into thematic lessons, for example, travel, business, in the store, at the station, at a party, on a date, and so on.
Lessons begin with voiced dialogue, which is accompanied by graphic text and simultaneous translation of the dialogue. The vocabulary of each lesson covers the most common words in the topic given by the lesson – these are keywords: essential, verbs, adjectives and conjunctions. The lessons have a role-playing game format in which the student plays the role of first one participant in the dialogue, then the second, and at the end of the lesson the student should reproduce the dialogue on its own.
A competent chat bot and speech recognition technology will test your knowledge and skills. After each lesson, the program evaluates your knowledge and gives recommendations.
The results of the lessons you have passed are displayed in the form of a statistical map, with which you can monitor your progress. The program has a global rating table, which displays the progress of all students of the Mondly project.
They will help you visualize the objects whose names you are learning, elements of augmented reality AR. This technology allows you to naturally learn from a few dozen to hundreds of new words in one lesson.
At the end of the course you have chosen, you are guaranteed to hear by ear, know how to correctly write and reproduce in voice at least 5,000 words (such a vocabulary will allow you to read periodicals and fiction), at least 200 set expressions, and the basic rules of grammar and punctuation.
