Invoice 2gois an application that allows small business owners to create professional invoices – these are documents certifying the actual provision of services or delivery of goods and their cost.

TheInvoice 2goapplication allows you to very quickly create invoices – this process takes no more than 3 minutes – to present them for payment, and even faster to receive payment for services rendered or goods shipped.

1) Payment.
The application integrates Internet banking technology, which makes it possible, directly from the application, to 1) present invoices for payment, and 2) receive payments in the following payment systems: American Express, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

2) Synchronization.
The Invoice 2goproject has application versions for computers, tablets and smartphones. Applications running on different platforms can synchronize work with each other – this allows one user to operate the same documents on different devices.

3) In one application you can create up to eight profiles – this allows several users to work with the same documents.

4) Templates.
The application offers 8 types of invoices to choose from.
An image of the company logo can be attached to invoices. The logo can be downloaded from the user’s gallery, or they can be created directly in the application using the image editor integrated into the application.
Additional images can also be attached to invoices – these could be photographs of product samples, or photographs of awards, certificates and company awards.

5) Settings – they allow you to automate the process of creating invoices.
The application can be configured to generate recurring transaction invoices on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. And with the help of pop-up notifications, the application will remind you of the next period to submit bills for payment.

6) In the application, you can monitor the status of the submitted invoice for payment: 1) when the addressee received the invoice, 2) when the invoice was viewed, and 3) when it was paid.
