But first, you should decide on the mode of using the program – a shift towards the predominance of vegetables, freeing the refrigerator from stored food, healthy food or culinary experiments. At the preparatory stage, it is advisable to indicate a list of prohibited components, for example, if you are allergic to some ingredient or seasoning.
