Quit Smoking – The purpose of this application is to help you reduce your addiction to cigarettes. The application interface is implemented in the form of a widget that is installed on the free space of the main page of the desktop. The widget displays a graph of various indicators and the percentage of your health. The graph data is formed based on your individual indicators – the number of cigarettes smoked per day, the cost of cigarettes and your time, and statistics of other participants in this program.
How to manage the application?
- Download and open the application;
- In the application settings, set your own indicators for the price and number of cigarettes smoked per day;
- On the desktop of the device, set the widget Quit Smoking ;
- Track every cigarette you smoke;
- And watch your health go up in smoke. The graphic on the widget will inform you in real time about:
- How much time has passed since you quit smoking;
- How much time and money have you saved;
- And if you still smoke, your blood carbon monoxide levels;
- And how dangerous it is for your health.
The logic of Quit Smoking is to make clear the benefits and costs of smoking less or quitting altogether. The app will not moralize you about the dangers of smoking. It only informs you about the price of your health.
