7 Day Fitness is a personal fitness instructor who listens to the individual characteristics of the user and his goals, and based on them creates a training plan that does not require any expensive sports equipment. After starting the program, take the time to fill out your profile – name, age, gender, height, weight, chest, waist and hip measurements. And then “tell” the virtual coach about your goals (they don’t have to be global, start small) – target body weight, calories burned, steps taken.
After the preparatory stage, you can safely proceed to the exercises available in the 7 Day Fitness app, which are divided into muscle groups – a short but effective 7-minute workout, abs and torso, arms and shoulders, legs and buttocks. Each block is divided into several courses, of which only one is free, and to open the rest you will have to buy a premium version of the program (or use a weekly test period). I am glad that each exercise is presented not by a static, but by a dynamic image, because it is not enough just to do the exercise, you need to do it correctly, only in this case it will be effective.
The user can follow the progress in 7 Day Fitness in the “Achievements” tab, which contains detailed statistics, for example, the duration of training, the number of calories burned, the steps taken, and so on. If you have like-minded people, then you can share your results with them by sending them in any way convenient for you – social networks, e-mail, instant messengers, and so on. The application can be advised to all users who are interested in maintaining excellent physical shape, but cannot devote too much time to this.
