It doesn’t matter what goal you are pursuing, getting rid of excess body fat or gaining muscle mass, as well as how much time you are willing to spend daily to achieve this goal – the application will prudently suggest several workouts suitable for you for different muscle groups at once.
No additional devices and equipment are required to complete the programs – you can perform the exercises even during breaks at work, devoting no more than five minutes to them. Workouts are organized in the Asana Rebel application according to the following principle – after selecting the type of exercise (for certain muscles or for the whole body), a video is launched on which all movements are performed by a professional trainer. The user is left to follow the visual instruction exactly, pausing or rewinding the video if necessary.
