Much has already been said about the importance of drinking enough water every day, but many people, due to being extremely busy or simply due to natural forgetfulness, remember water only at the moment when they are thirsty. The application Drink Water Reminder through the reminder system will promptly notify you of the need to replenish the volume of fluid – drink a glass of water and then continue to do your business. But first you need to set up a personal hydration plan, which the program will remind you immediately after launch – specify your gender, your current weight, sleep and wakefulness, after which the tool will independently calculate the amount of fluid needed for daily use.
You just have to tap on the corresponding icon when a glass or cup of water is drunk again. By the way, do not forget that you should adjust the volume of fluid consumed by choosing any of the options proposed in Drink Water Reminder – 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 milliliters or any arbitrary value. When the time comes for the next replenishment of the body with water, the application will give a sound signal, you will again need to tap on the icon and so on in a circle every day.
