GO-JEK Driver

GO-JEK Driver is a popular service in Indonesia that specializes in passenger transportation, courier and food deliveries. The main means of transportation that are operated within the framework of the project are motorcycles and scooters, which is quite understandable, given the service region of the company, established back in 2010. At the moment, the service employs more than a million drivers, and close cooperation has been established with a huge number of popular shops, restaurants, postal services and so on in the country.

The GO-JEK Driver client is intended for use not by service consumers, but by drivers, allowing them to quickly find suitable orders that are geographically close to their current location. For ease of use and finding orders, the application interface is divided into categories – transportation of passengers, delivery of correspondence and parcels, as well as delivery of purchases from stores, and so on.

A special map helps you navigate active orders, on which current offers are marked with corresponding icons in real time – you just need to familiarize yourself with the information accompanying the order and if everything suits you, then take it to work. Drivers can communicate with the customer through the built-in GO-JEK Driver chat, discussing some nuances and agreeing on payment. The application interface is clear and easy to use, although at first glance it may seem the opposite, because there are quite a lot of active tabs, categories and sections.
