Tachku

Tachku is an online mobile taxi service in Ukraine. This is an application with which you can both order a taxi and sell your services as a taxi. Our service is already available in such cities as Dnipro, Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Krivoy Rog, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Odessa, Khmelnitsky, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Ternopil, Lviv, Lutsk, Rivne, Vinnitsa, Zhytomyr, Belaya Tserkov.

How does it work? Note for taxi customers:

• In order to order a taxi in the application, there is a special questionnaire that you need to remember – this is the pick-up point, the point is assigned and the price that the customer is willing to pay.
• The order becomes available to all free taxi drivers located near the customer;
• One or more taxi drivers take the order and wait for the customer to choose one of the many taxi drivers who responded to the order;
• In the process of confirming the order, if necessary, the taxi driver and the customer can correspond in order to clarify the terms of the order.

The algorithm of the Tachku online service is designed in such a way that the waiting time for a taxi does not exceed 5 minutes. On an interactive map, the customer can monitor the movement of the taxi. Each customer can evaluate and comment on the quality of the service provided to him.

Note for car owners who are looking for extra income – who want to sell their services as a taxi:

• Install the application Tachku on your smart phone, and register in the system as a taxi service provider ;
• Fill in the questionnaire: personal data; brand, model and class of the car; driving experience; availability of insurance, licenses, certificates, etc.
• After registration, the project administrators will contact you, and your profile must be moderated. At the end of all formalities, taxi orders become available to you.

The application has an interactive map, according to which both customers and taxi drivers can monitor the location of the taxi online.

The profile of each taxi driver displays the rating of the taxi driver and reviews of previous customers – this is a reputational capital that helps taxi drivers to attract regular and profitable customers, and it helps the latter to find the best taxi performers.
