Uber is an international company providing an Internet platform on the basis of which car owners can offer their services to customers as a taxi, and customers can easily and safely order a taxi as passengers. Service Uber is implemented in the application of the same name. The Uber Internet service is available in 68 countries of the world, and in 378 cities – in Moscow and Novosibirsk, Kaliningrad and Rostov-on-Don, London, in Paris and Tokyo, Lvov, Kyiv and New York.

Uber – work algorithm for car owners:

1. Register;
2. Download the application. The application contains:
   • Road map based on Google Maps;
   • The table of ratings of taxi drivers, compiled according to the ratings and reviews of passengers;
   • Tariffs for services calculated in $/km at the commercial exchange rate in the national currency;
3. Tariffs are fixed throughout the world, with rare exceptions;
4. The route can be followed in real time; the application acts as a navigator;
5. Settlement – non-cash, by bank card. 80% of the payment is received by the driver, 20% by the company Uber ;

Both owners of personal cars and fleet owners can participate in the program.

For passengers:

1. Download the app, check in; from personal data, only a bank card account and a phone number are needed;
2. Order a car. A choice of economy class and premium class cars;
3. Choose a car depending on the driver’s rating – the higher the better; or order a competitive taxi car;
4. Follow the car online on the way to the customer, and then to the destination;
5. Settlement – by bank card. Fixed price worldwide. No cash. No tips;
6. After each trip, leave reviews and ratings for the taxi driver.
