OpenDiag is a mobile tool for car diagnostics in a budget format, with the help of which the user is able to independently test the operation of some car parameters without wasting time and money on using specialized car services. Target objects are injection representatives of the Russian automotive industry (VAZ, GAZ, UAZ, ZAZ).

To start events, you must select the type of connection used – Bluetooth ELM, Wi-Fi ELM, USB ELM (38400 bps), USB K-Line and USB K + CAN v1.4, after which three key tabs will be displayed on the screen of the mobile device. The Information tab provides information about the vehicle model, body and engine serial number, software code, type of electronic anti-theft device, production date of the car, and so on.

The “Parameters” tab displays the indicators of the car’s systems – a gray frame with numbers indicates normal operation, and a red frame indicates failures that require close attention. The Errors tab allows you to view DTCs and a transcript, which will help you identify the problem and select a scenario for resolving it.
