Mech Legion: Age of Robots is a 3D action thriller from the VascoGames studio, which has already established itself in the mobile entertainment market by releasing several dozens of interesting projects. What are the developers going to surprise us with this time? Choose the Campaign mode, systematically completing mission after mission, or try your hand at endless mode, remembering that only real Champions can hold out for as long as possible in pitch hell.
The events of the new Mech Legion: Age of Robots will send gamers to the distant future, where all army functions are assigned to frightening bots armed with the latest technology. According to the storyline, the user is invited to control these combat units, participating in another intergalactic war. The main part of the gameplay is devoted to fierce duels between units, consisting of robotic machines of various sizes, appearance and capabilities. But in addition to intense fights, gamers will have to interact with elements of RPG development and demonstrate their strategic talents. The goal is clear – to free the territory from all enemies, but how quickly and without unnecessary losses to reach this goal is a big question!
In total, at this point in Mech Legion: Age of the Robots, players have access to five robots that differ from each other in appearance and arsenal of weapons, upgraded as they progress along the storyline. All improvements require a solid financial investment, and the main game currency is gold – it is issued for every victory. A big plus of the project is the ability to seek help from other combat units, for example, air support will save your mechbots more than once, surrounded by enemies on all sides.
Graphics in Mech Legion: Age of Robots , as we have already said, are three-dimensional, locations are replete with additional details of the environment (buildings, artificial and natural shelters, and so on), and there are quite a few locations (city, desert, snowy taiga, etc.). You can navigate the global game map using the mini-map located in the upper left corner of the screen – the location of all enemy units, at a glance. The main controls are the familiar joystick for this genre and active buttons responsible for aiming, calling fire and air support, as well as repairing damaged equipment.
