Ellie

Ellie – atmospheric horror puzzle game of moderate difficulty, in which the fate of the main character depends entirely on the decisions and actions of the user. The presentation of the plot in the novelty is quite standard – driven by curiosity, you enter a certain room from which strange sounds are heard. There you find a microphone and a monitor broadcasting a picture from a small room in which the girl is located – she turns to you for help and begs you to suggest a way out of the room, which has become for her a kind of prison cell.

The user cannot perform any active actions within the framework of the mobile quest Ellie – Help me out, please, he is only able to direct the heroine with words to perform certain steps, which, perhaps, will lead to her salvation. The game plot involves several alternative endings, which depend on decisions directly made by the user – which signs to pay attention to, which corridor to turn into, which item to use, and so on. That is, a gamer can restart the game several times and each time come to different endings, some of which will be quite unexpected.

The Ellie puzzle cannot be blamed for excessive complexity, but some tasks will still require a non-standard approach from the player to solve. In the graphic design of the product from the studio Ateam Inc. monochrome and gloomy tones predominate, everything is permeated with mystery and innuendo, and the disturbing musical accompaniment complements the overall picture, forcing the atmosphere that is already shaking to trembling in the limbs and making the hair on the head move.
