The Frostrune

The Frostrune – an atmospheric adventure with a full-fledged plot based on the tales of Scandinavian mythology. Events begin off the coast of Norway in the summer of 955, when a Viking ship sinks as a result of a sudden hurricane. Of the entire team, only the main character manages to escape, who now has to go through many trials and survive many dangerous minutes.

On the shore, where the character got out of the water after the shipwreck, there is a strange village. It is deserted, and it is noticeable that the inhabitants left their homes in a hurry, as if they were afraid of something. The hero is also confused by the fact that, despite the summer weather, some buildings in the village are covered with a thick layer of ice. And the surviving Viking makes an amazing discovery – he learned to see and talk with ghosts. The character will have to communicate with one of these incorporeal creatures – from the conversation he learns about the ancient evil and understands that it is he who will have to figure everything out from now on.
