Brick Breaker Hero – a classic arkanoid, served to gamers in a new sparkling “wrapper”, endowed with intuitive one-touch controls and a coherent plot, according to which we have to save the inhabitants of a medieval kingdom from the fiends who came and opened portals. The journey quite expectedly starts with a detailed training stage – the user will learn how to move the main character, whose shield acts as a platform that repels round shells, what targets should be destroyed first, what types of shells are found, and so on.

In principle, from its initial genre (arkanoid), in the novelty from the studio Game Circus LLC, only the presentation of the gameplay remained – a vertically oriented field with blocks of different textures located at the top, a sphere bouncing off the side walls, and collecting power-ups with useful bonuses that simplify the life of a gamer. However, the gameplay itself has shifted towards complexity due to the introduction of various enemies into the story – monsters from the other world.

The success of completing levels in the Brick Breaker Hero arkanoid is assessed as follows – to get a result of three stars, it is not enough to destroy all the blocks and enemies hiding behind them, gamers will have to deftly pick up bonuses and stars falling from above. In general, help to the character is insufficient – at best, in some zones the passage of time slows down, but additional spheres are given, that’s all.

The project looks nice, but there is no hint of luxury – ordinary textures, complemented by smooth animation, trivial heroes, primitive sections and the main menu, adjusted to the standards of the genre. Only game modes are worthy of attention and flattering reviews – intense battles with huge bosses, additional missions and weekly championships for the title of record holder, allowing you to take a place in the global ranking.
