Run Sausage Run!

Run Sausage Run! is a rather dramatic story made by the guys from the Crazy Labs by TabTale studio in the “endless runner” format. The scene of action is the kitchen of a fashionable hotel, the main character is a sausage, which does not want to be on a spit or become the main ingredient of a hot dog. The character’s desire to survive at any cost, in fact, is the leitmotif of the entire game history – endless running over rough terrain, avoiding deadly cooking utensils while collecting bonuses and hard coins along the way. The goal is clear and understandable – to set a world record for passing the maximum distance, which is guaranteed to allow the gamer to be at the top of the global ranking.

The difficulty of passing Run Sausage Run! is due to the fact that the sausage is not able to jump to overcome obstacles – it can only bend at different angles due to its natural flexibility and elasticity, and vary the speed of its movement – from minimum to maximum. I must say, there are a lot of objects that want to shred or flatten the main character in the runner – sharp knives and heavy cleavers, open flames and circular saws, areas with spilled oil and tape tracks spinning at different speeds. And add to this the constant danger posed by the cook chasing the sausage – it’s just right to give up the ends right on the track, being in constant stress of being on the verge of death.

Division into levels in Run Sausage Run! is not provided – an infinitely long kitchen, as the hero moves forward, it acquires more and more insidious traps that do not allow you to relax and take a breath for a second – the slightest slowdown and our hero will take its place in the signature dish of the chef. Installing an arcade can be advised to all fans of the genre – this, of course, is far from being an exemplary representative of its direction, but the gameplay is distinguished by excellent balance, dynamism and a competitive bias. Achieving record marks is incredibly difficult, but it’s still worth a try!
