Stack – One of the meanings of meditation is a long concentration on an object that is in abstract dynamics, tending to infinity.
Stack is a reflex game that immerses the player in the depths of their own consciousness. The focus is on stacking rectangular platforms one on top of the other. You need to fold the platforms carefully: the perimeters of each next should coincide with the previous one – this is ideal. Not ideally, the player’s attention is scattered, the hand misses, reflexes slow down – and the platforms fold crookedly. The dynamics of the game is set by the fact that the platforms appear on the playing field from an unexpected side and completely unpredictable size.
The task of the meditator, that is, the player, is to stop the platform above the main structure by clicking on any point of the screen in time. The segment of the platform, which will be outside the area of the previous platform, will fall off. From which it follows that each subsequent error will narrow the working surface of the platform – potentially – to a nanometer. The playing field image can be scaled.
Stack is a timekiller. What matters is not the end result, but the process. Although, the process of the game is also measured in points for each platform on the tower, tending to infinity.
Features:
- Graphics – minimalistic, interactive;
- Musical accompaniment – computer polyphony;
- The game process has a different pace, and different color schemes; the principle of this difference is unpredictability.
