Landlord GO is a real estate buying simulator with augmented reality elements. Users are not offered to purchase abstract fictional objects – the game uses GPS to determine the current location of the player and provides access to houses, shops, banks, office buildings and other real objects located on the ground.
Join the virtual homeowner community by first picking up a suitcase of start-up capital on the map, which was kindly prepared for you by assistant John M. Pyre. From the drop-down list, select the first object for purchase and proceed with the paperwork for real estate. The fact is that while the papers are being drawn up, the object does not generate income, and the maintenance costs fall on the shoulders of the owner. Fortunately, the registration is quite fast and automatic.
Features:
- buying, selling and building real estate;
- improvements to increase the final profit;
- capitalist business model in action;
- display of real objects on the map;
- Communicating with the community via Discord ;
- competition with friends.
Once the real estate has become a full-fledged property of the player, it makes a daily profit. This parameter can be increased with the help of improvements – install cable TV, create parking spaces, infrastructure for the disabled, and so on. The goals of the Landlord GO project are global – first try to become a successful businessman in the city, accumulate capital and buy property on the international market.
