Cut It – a casual arcade game for eye training, the game mechanics of which boils down to cutting objects offered by the system into two or four equal parts. In other words, each part after the actions performed by the user should ideally be 50% in the first case, and 25% in the second. Of course, minor errors are allowed, but in this case, three gold stars per level cannot be obtained. Namely, the stars allow you to earn help in the form of a dotted guide line that tells the gamer the ideal cut point.

The first few levels of Cut It are educational in nature and the objects presented on them do not cause problems with cutting into perfectly even parts – it’s quite easy to correctly divide a circle, square or rectangle. But then the developers will throw objects with obscure outlines to users, for example, a bitten slice of watermelon, animals, buildings, wardrobe items, flowers, and so on – it’s hard to guess that “golden line” that guarantees passing the level to the maximum result.

True, with increasing complexity, the requirements are softened a bit, that is, the user is allowed to go through the stages with a much larger error than at the beginning. The Cut It arcade is decorated in a positive and tasteful way, all objects are painted in rich colors, a life-affirming positive composition sounds in the background, successes are accompanied by salutes, and failures are accompanied by a gray lifeless background.
