Wood Block

Wood Block – Music Box – original designed puzzle game with simple rules and one-touch controls. All the user needs to do is interact with the wooden elements, placing them in such a way on the playing field of eight by eight cells in order to get a complete row horizontally or vertically. Unlike the same Tetris, with which many gamers will definitely compare this game, the user can choose any of the three proposed elements (it is forbidden to rotate them) that appear at the bottom of the impromptu board.

Naturally, of particular value and practical benefit for the player in the Wood Block – Music Box project are long elements, through which you can quickly draw a line, but they do not appear so often. At the moment of contact of the user with the next element, the system with a highlighted color suggests the area where the block can fit without problems, but those wooden figures for which there is not enough space on the field are automatically painted gray.

The game continues until the moment when it is possible to lay out figures on the field, having reached a dead end, you instantly lose. Surely, many in the title Wood Block – Music Box noticed a mention of music and this was done by the developers for a reason, although it has a very distant relation to this topic. The fact is that in the settings it is possible to turn on or off the audio accompaniment, and this is implemented in the form of an old vinyl player – depending on the user’s choice, the needle falls on a spinning record or rises above it.
