Try to serve patients shaking with fear at the highest level, doing everything quickly and as painlessly as possible. Hippos, monkeys, lions, crocodiles – a motley crowd comes to the clinic. Among the animals waiting in line for their fate, choose a patient and offer to go to the office.

Calm the patient in a chair, identify the problem with a visual examination, or order a procedure such as an x-ray. Consistently perform the simplest steps – remove bones stuck in the oral cavity, brush fangs and incisors, remove plaque, place fillings and monitor the emotional response of the patient, who is relieved of acute pain.
