Epic Battle Simulator 2 is a war simulator that takes place in a fantasy world – in a world in which warriors are fought according to the laws of the Middle Ages, that is, without laws. Wars were fought in this way when the world was divided among themselves by petty princes who imagined themselves to be kings or importers – they fought everything against everyone. To help the prince, they called both their vassals and subjects, and otherworldly forces – magic, dragons and firearms – gunpowder.
The process of the game. You can play, actually fight, in one of two modes:
- Training. In this mode, the player completes game missions in order to move from one level of the game to another, it is more difficult than the previous one – to gain experience and rating points without prejudice to its position on the game’s global leaderboard.
- Multiplayer. War is fought in real time. Real players from all over the world enter as rivals. The player can choose his opponents on his own, or as a result of the operation of a unique algorithm for selecting opponents, the game offers the player his own version of potential enemies for him.
Actions:
- belligerents move onto the battlefield;
- allocate their armies to key positions;
- and perform tactical maneuvers, in order to divert the enemy forces to secondary tasks, and to carry out the strategic one himself – to smash the main enemy forces and win.
For each victory on the battlefield, the player is rewarded with gold – this is a resource with which he can buy, for example, new war elephants, dragons, gunpowder, siege engines, catapults, foot soldiers or horses.
Are the combat missions clear? Resources are limited. The success of each military campaign depends on tactics and strategically correctly distributed resources – on the player’s tantalum as commander in chief!
Some features:
- Secondary objects on the battlefield are not static archers, horses or siege weapons, they are elements of the game that obey the real laws of physics and are controlled by artificial intelligence, which allows the player to calculate the movement of objects on the playing field with jeweler’s precision.
- Graphics is a procedural animation that dynamically changes the position of objects depending on each active action of the player.
