Call of War is a real-time strategic rethinking of the development and outcome of World War II. Spectacular battle scenes in the representative of the RTS genre are not provided, as they are served in a schematic format. At the forefront is well-chosen tactics and investments in strengthening the combat capability of the controlled army.

It is proposed to improve units comprehensively – quantitatively, qualitatively, through the study of new technologies and the creation of weapons of unprecedented power. Perhaps you do not want to achieve global goals with brute force – in which case the game calmly suggests choosing the path of diplomacy and using the forces of allies to resolve your own issues. Each player independently chooses the path of advancement through the historical era, but in any case, meaningful actions and planning of the opponent’s possible behavior are required.

At the start, the strategy suggests choosing a nation, deciding on priorities and starting work on an improvement tree – form motorized units, improve aviation, create armored vehicles, focus on sabotage work and accumulate strength for a decisive strike. To control an army in Call of War, just select a unit and indicate on the map the place of deployment, upon arrival at which the troops will automatically start the battle.
