Schulte Table is an exercise developed by the German psychiatrist Walter Schulte that helps practice speed reading skills by improving peripheral vision. The purpose of the training process is to find the symbols in the table in the given sequence as quickly as possible.
When setting up, the user sets the size of the space – options are available from “three by three” to “ten by ten”. Selects the order in which elements are found – direct, reverse or random, table type – numeric, alphabetic or Gorbov-Schulte. Optionally, the style of design and control changes. When working with a tool, it is important to follow the rules, which increases the productivity of the process. Keep your mobile device away from your eyes, just like a regular book. Focus your gaze at the central point of space, and look for symbols only with peripheral vision.
Features:
- flexible settings for interface complexity and design;
- effective methodology for self-learning;
- additional concentration testing;
- detailed statistics and visual graphs;
- benefits for adults and children.
Sufficient time should be devoted to training every day, but not to allow excessive fatigue. As we improve and reduce the time to complete each round of the Schulte Table application, it is important to systematically increase the difficulty, following the progress through the statistical block.
