Regularly

Regularly – This utility app keeps track of all your recurring tasks that don’t have a fixed schedule. For example, once a week you need to water the flowers – but it doesn’t matter what the last three days of the week are. You visit the dentist once every six months – perhaps two months earlier or one month later – this is called a floating schedule.

Traditional calendar applications are unable to keep track of such tasks with a floating schedule. The application Regularly is designed so that you never forget what you have to do one or more times in some conditional period of time.

Functions and features.

• Define the status of the tasks – the most important ones first, then the urgent ones, and finally the overdue ones. The application uses an innovative technology that determines the rating of tasks and displays them in a hierarchical ladder in descending order.
• Use colors as hints. Colors draw attention and visualize some kind of conventional meaning. With color coding, you can draw attention to important, urgent, or overdue tasks.
• Task Scheduler – log. For each completed task, the application automatically sets the next period for the execution of this regularly repeated action.
• Smart reminder. Instead of keeping you on your toes with alarms at fixed intervals, the application flexibly adapts to your task schedule and finds free time in your floating schedule in order to remind you a little earlier or a little later about important, urgent and overdue tasks.
• Group tasks using tags. For each task, you can attach a corresponding tag that allows you to group tasks into homogeneous categories. For example:

• Toolbar. If your mobile device is running Android Jelly Bean, then in the top toolbar there is a drop-down list of tasks Regularly . Tasks are color-coded for status and a rating of importance, urgency or overdue. You can manage the statuses of tasks in the toolbar itself – for example, an overdue task can be moved to the category of ignored or completed.
