Smartsheet is a tool with which you can remotely manage business processes or the work of many participants on one project in real time.

Smartsheet – how does it work?

1. The interface of the service has the usual form of spreadsheets, to which all participants in the same project have access. The process of working on one table is automatically synchronized between all project participants.
2. You can attach files to tables – documents, photos, tables. The progress of work on one project is displayed in the Gantt chart farm.
3. You can start working in the Smartsheet service by importing files from such office programs as Microsoft Project, Google Sheets, Airtable, My Office: Sheets, Confluence, Microsoft SharePiont, Excel.

Security. Access to the server Smartsheet is carried out through the https security protocol.

The application can be used for free for the first 30 days – in test mode. After the end of the trial period, in order to continue using the service, you need to buy one of the tariff plans.

In the most expensive plan, you will have the opportunity to 1) create and store an unlimited number of files, 2) configure alert settings, 3) Give multiple members of the same project the same access to files using SAML.
