My Habit & Goals & Tasks is a calendar and event timer that helps you:
- schedule frequently recurring tasks such as taking care of a pet or taking medication;
- form new (presumably useful) habits.
My Habit & Goals & Tasks – how does it work?
- The application contains a list of tasks (daily duties); the user can supplement this list with their own affairs.
- In the to-do list, you mark the items that are part of your plans or responsibilities, and using the calendar and timer, set them to the frequency and frequency with which you must complete them. For example, feed the cat three times a day, go to the gym twice a week, or take vitamins in the evenings.
- You perform daily duties and after each completed task in the application, check the box next to the corresponding rubric. When the calendar and event timer starts to repeat, the application will give you the structure (frequency and duration) of your daily activities that have already become your habits.
- In cases when you forget to do something from the planned plan, using pop-up notifications, the application will remind you of this.
