GPS Status

1. How many minutes does it take you to get your location using your phone? In response, you should get not just the name of the city and street, but the location in the world coordinate system WGS 84.
2. Or how fast can you get access to the route of your movements for some period, for example, in one day?
3. A technical question: what sensors are installed in your phone, and how fast and correctly do they work?

In the context of our application, we are interested in the GPS sensors integrated in your phone – they are the ones that perform satellite navigation – they measure time, plants and the exact location of your phone. In order for the GPS sensors of your phone to perform their functions quickly and informatively for you,

The GPS Status application will also inform you about atmospheric pressure, humidity and air temperature, phone battery level, altitude, speed, route you have traveled for the selected period.

The GPS Status application is free, but the service of the same name has a Pro – a paid version in which you can:

• track the point route of your movement on the Google Maps map;
• also on Google Maps by keywords you can find objects of social, commercial, entertainment, transport infrastructure (shops, railway stations, hospitals, government agencies, etc.) located near your location;
• send geolocation points via instant messengers, e-mail or in the GPS Status application itself to other users.

The GPS Status application displays information both on its own interface and using an interactive widget on the phone’s desktop.
