Slitherlink is a number puzzle first published in a specialized printed publication back in 1989. Draw a closed contour on the playing field, focusing on the numbers in the cells. Step-by-step training with text explanations and illustrations will tell you more about the rules, but a true understanding of the tactics of solving the puzzle will come only in practice.
When passing levels, adhere to the basic rules that say that the loop cannot cross and branch, it must pass through the sides of the grid. The grid can be of different shapes (honeycombs, snowflakes, squares, rectangles, pentagons, rhombuses, diagonals) and size. Tapas are used to position grids of lines along the edges, and scaling and panning of the game space has been implemented for easy access to miniature elements.
Features:
- minimalist design and two color themes to choose from;
- visual instruction for getting acquainted with the rules;
- selection of the type of aunt and the size of the playing field;
- three difficulty options.
Slitherlink is an elegant and innovative puzzle game that takes the player out of their comfort zone and has only one correct solution. Improving logic and spatial thinking, visual memory and attentiveness – the benefits of the application for the development of cognitive skills are obvious.
