The degree of influence of global terrorist associations within the framework of the game Forward Assault has recently reached uncontrollable proportions – there is no continent on which terrorist acts of intimidation are not committed, and some field commanders even imagined themselves to be the rulers of the world. First of all, civilians suffer from their actions, and the level of their doom is only increasing every day. However, there is still an opportunity to take organized crime under control, restoring people’s hope for a peaceful and cloudless future.
Forward Assault is a first-person shooter from the studio Lucas Wilde in which the gamer will play the role of a special forces fighter. It is he who is always at the forefront, the first to break into a building captured by terrorists, whose unwitting prisoners are civilians taken by surprise. Of the equipment, our hero only has a light bulletproof vest and a small arsenal of firearms and edged weapons, but this is only at the beginning, with the growth of experience and victories, his capabilities will increase, and his efficiency will approach maximum values.
Make your way in short dashes through the acrid smoke of flaming buildings, listen with a shudder to the screams of the hostages frightened and hunted down by constant threats of bandits, and carefully inspect the territory, promptly detecting well-armed enemies lurking around the corners. Will you be able to cope with the task, will you find powerful explosives according to Islam, will you be able to bring out all the hostages alive, will you be able to eliminate bosses and ordinary terrorists?
This First-person Shooter, despite the grandeur of the idea, unfortunately turns out to be a hastily glued product, which, at first glance, consists of competent and quite working narrative episodes. Quite logical in the FPS shooter Forward Assault seems to be missions to rescue civilians or clear mines of strategically important infrastructure (tasks and goals change every now and then), and the prospects for changing the appearance of the ward and his weapons are gradually opening up, and the process shooting, in principle, is implemented soundly and as realistically as possible. But the overall picture still leaves the impression of understatement and fragmentary – the blood hangs right in the air, the walls are sometimes just transparent, and the enemies are sometimes literally immortal, even despite a number of accurate headshots on them…
What really pleases Forward Assault is the large selection of maps and the ability to fight in multiplayer team-vs-team format. As well as a chance to comprehensively personalize weapons by using the most unusual, sometimes outlandish skins on them with an associated improvement in combat characteristics. So, it’s up to you to play or not to play, but if you install the novelty on your Android gadget, then if you please, give it your all, ahead of other gamers in the prestigious global ranking of the best fighters.
