The role of the player is reduced to the function of the commander of the troops of one of the parties in the formation of a new state. As the commander-in-chief of the consolidated troops, the player needs to:

• Organize the defense of strongholds;
• Counterattack enemy positions;
• Capture new territories, equipment and resources;
• Expand the living space of the new state;
• Win battles – earn rewards and units;
• Convert rewards and units into new types of weapons: aircraft, tanks and soldier ammunition.

The ultimate goal of the player is to establish a new state.
