What is Todoist: To Do List & Calendar?

Todoist is een persoonlijke taakbeheerder waarmee u een takenlijst voor de komende dagen, weken of jaren kunt plannen met een complexe structuur van taken, subtaken, notities en opmerkingen. De applicatie is ontworpen om op te lossen drie taken van een ondernemer:

  • Plan en volg het plan;
  • Bewaak de uitvoering;
  • Zorg voor individuele of zakelijke toegang tot de takenlijst van overal ter wereld.

De applicatie is automatisch: synchroniseert de takenlijst op al uw apparaten en slaat de takenlijst op in de cloudopslag en brengt u op de hoogte van wijzigingen in de takenlijst. Todoist is geïntegreerd met Google Now, DashClock en met cloudtechnologieën: Google Drive, DropBox en Todoist.com. Met de applicatie kun je ook naar bijgevoegde audiobestanden luisteren en videobestanden en afbeeldingen bekijken. De premiumversie van Todoist biedt geavanceerde functies:

  • Ontvang SMS-, EMS-, PUSH-meldingen;
  • Voeg taken toe aan de doe lijst met behulp van SMS, EMS, PUSH -meldingen.
