Rube’s Lab is a puzzle game based on the laws of mechanics. To solve puzzles, the player should resort to the four laws of formal logic:
- identity
- non-contradiction,
- elimination of the third
- sufficient reason.
Actions take place in a mechanical science laboratory. Various mechanisms are located on stands and racks of the laboratory. Mechanisms are inoperable. They are made up of several parts. In order for the mechanism to work, the player needs to put together all the details of the mechanism according to the principle of the designer. The laws of physics, logic and resourcefulness of the player will help the player solve puzzles.
