The Android 2.0 platform introduces many new and exciting features for users and developers.
Multiple accounts can be added to the device for mail access and contact synchronization. Combo box to view email from multiple accounts on one page. Search functions for all saved SMS and MMS messages. The layout of the virtual keyboard has been improved, making it easier to click on the desired symbols, which increases typing speeds. Improved Multi-Touch so that keystrokes will not miss characters when typing quickly with two fingers.
HTML5 support included. Also updated the graphics architecture to improve performance, allowing for improved hardware acceleration.
