What is MyTelkomsel?
My Telkomsel is an application of the Indonesian operator of the same name. With this application you will be able to:
- Select and configure Telkomsel package tariffs;
- Change SIM card settings;
- Switch between several Telkomsel cell phone numbers;
- Find out the Puk code if you have blocked your SIM card;
- Check the balance of the Telkomsel personal account;
- Buy Telkomsel credits that can be converted into new services;
- Make money transfers (Internet banking);
- Order 4G SIM cards;
- Pay bills – purchases in online stores, for example.
For your convenience, a chatbot named Veronika will meet you on the application interface, she will answer all your questions, unless they relate to your personal life, for example, about your ex.
Note: The application works correctly only on smartphones (not on tablets) running Android Lollipop 5.0 and higher.
