Amazon Prime Video is a cross-platform video streaming service that allows not only viewing multimedia content in real time, but also downloading movies, TV shows, series, music shows to a mobile device in order to watch material of interest at any time in the future even if there is no active internet connection. It is worth noting that the free service is provided only to residents of some European countries.
First of all, the application is aimed at an English-speaking audience, and if there are films with sets of subtitles, then there are too few of them. In addition to directly viewing the content, thanks to links to IMDb – the world’s largest information base on cinema, users can view detailed information about the actors involved in the filming, their biography and filmography. Owners of the full (paid) version of the product get the opportunity to subscribe to many (more than a hundred) popular state and commercial channels.
To use Amazon Prime Video, you must log in or register in the service if you do not already have a corresponding account. After that, you can proceed to view the contents of the program from the Internet giant, which is visually conveniently divided into three main tabs – the main menu, series and movies. When viewing content, you can choose the desired playback quality (there are three options), but as expected, the highest quality is available only after purchasing a subscription.
